A heavy vintage Italian charm or pendant worked in 18K yellow gold and set with round and oval amethysts. The gold surfaces are embellished with ornate rope twists and beaded appliques. The egg shape is unusual for this type of jewelry. The amethysts have deep violet color and good brilliance. Tested and guaranteed 18K.
