An elegant Bohemian blue overlay cut crystal perfume bottle from the Biedermeier period (1810-1848). The double-lobed form is intricately cut in wide panels accented with fancy notched borders and has a star-cut base. The stopper is cut in a matching panel pattern. Bohemian glass factories strove to outdo one another during the Biedermeier period, creating fanciful shapes and overlay patterns such as this.
